To All Sheriffs, LEOs, 

United States Marshals 

and Judicial Officers:

I am writing this letter as Coordinator of the Peacekeeping Taskforce of The United States of America. My intent is to introduce myself and to help you to understand that Reconstruction of our original Federal Republic is finally underway.

As Peacekeeping Coordinator, it is my Public Duty to ensure the peace in my jurisdiction, and to reach out to you as being in a similar role in your jurisdiction.  It was always the intent of our State and Federal government plan and tradition that we should work together to achieve peace and security for Americans and U.S. Citizens and citizens of the United States, too.

The Peacekeeping Taskforce is responsible for the coordination, training evaluation, education and networking of the Assembly Sheriffs working within their physically defined counties, the 50 States Assembly Militias, and our Continental Marshals, who work within the international land jurisdiction of the several Postal Districts.

Our training is extensive and thorough, in some cases 6 months to a 1 year or more is invested in training.  We are trained by some of the best, including some of your colleagues. We are professional and strive for greatness. We lead from the front. We accept our Public Duty and we reliably strive to do what is right.

Whether a Sheriff is employed by a federated County or directly by the County Assembly, we rely on the historic Supreme Court decision in Mack and Prinz v. USA, Incorporated, to establish your discretion and awareness of the actual Public Duty of the Sheriff’s Office.

If you are an elected Sheriff acting in a federal jurisdiction (incorporated) County, or other Law Enforcement Official or Officer, we ask you to embrace your Public Duty and ask for your support, cooperation, and understanding of our role and the role of your State Assembly.

There are jurisdictional boundaries that have not been well-understood or well-enforced in recent years, which must nonetheless be honored without trespass on our part, or transgression by federal officers.

The Peacekeeping Taskforce represents the future of Peacekeeping for the American Government. We want to ensure that all people and persons get due process and are properly identified according to the law that they voluntarily stand under.

You will soon receive official letters from the populated Assembly of your State.

Let me explain: the actual State Government of, for, and by the people, has not been in session during our lifetimes.  This has led to the presumption in international circles that our government is in interregnum and held in abeyance; this has now been answered by the American People who have declared and recorded their political status and called their State Assemblies into Session.

The noble task of Reconstruction that should have taken place after the Civil War has begun. Our failure to finish the job has allowed foreign usurpation and a continuous “state of emergency” within the Federal Government ever since.  We would like to invite you to take part in what is quite possibly the greatest civics project in history.  Those engaged in this historic process are here to serve, and to do our Public Duty as self-governing people.

We are not dependents of, nor are we employees of, the incorporated Territorial or Municipal Government organizations.  We are not acting in the capacity of, nor adopting the political status of, U.S. Citizens or citizens of the United States.  Both of these political statuses were created by the Federal Constitutions and apply only to actual government employees and their dependents.

Our natural political status as Americans is that of State Nationals and State Citizens, and these are the only political statuses that we voluntarily adopt.  Our only contracts with the Federal Government are self-evident as The Constitution of the United States of America (Territorial Constitution) and The Constitution of the United States (Municipal Constitution).

We are responsible, educated, and law-abiding; we wish to conduct our Public Duty without undue misunderstanding about our identity or purposes.

Soon, you will be seeing State Credentials issued by your State Assemblies, that identify Americans who have not chosen to adopt Federal citizenships.  They operate as landlords in international jurisdiction and stand directly under the auspices of The United States of America, the unincorporated Federation of our States.

They have retained all rights and responsibilities and except for those matters directly delegated via the Federal Constitutions are immune from foreign law (Amendment XI of the referenced contracts).

As Peacekeeping Coordinator, I want to get a head start on building a working relationship. The People of this country are the actual employers of all public employees, whether foreign or domestic, and we conduct ourselves in that role; we act with the understanding that the only purpose of government is to protect the people and their persons and their property.  (See Article IV of the referenced contracts.)

I am including some educational material to help you better understand who we are and the plan for Reconstruction. Some of these materials you are already familiar with (FBI and DHS reports).  We are not the Enemy; we are the People.  We understand the jurisdictions and we know our part.

As the Peacekeeping  Coordinator, it is my job to network local, state, and international forces to enforce the Federal Constitutions and American Common Law,  while it is your job to do the same for US Citizens with respect to enforcement of Codes, Statutes, and Regulations.

It is our wish to avoid further acts of trespass against Americans and equally to avoid acts of transgression against Federal employees and dependents. We are implementing cross-jurisdictional protocols to allow proper due process and exchange of charges (indictments and presentments), custodial exchanges, and sharing of our public facilities.

My position as Coordinator of the Peacekeeping Taskforce operates directly under the auspices of The United States of America [Unincorporated], our Federation of States formed September 1776.

I look forward to working with both Public Peacekeepers and private Law Enforcement Officers in our common quest for peace, good government, and restoration of the Federal Republic.
